Autonomous Neuroelectronics Engineer - Closed-Loop

University of Oxford, Institute of Biomedical Engineering, seeks a neuroelectronics research engineer to develop an autonomous, closed-loop brain stimulation and recording system for preclinical research. The role is fixed-term for up to four years and part-time consideration (80% FTE) is possible.

The successful candidate will design architecture, test firmware, and work with MintNeuro chips, aiming for 24h+ operation in rat models while supporting publications and supervision.
