Autonomous Lab Scientist, AI & Robotics

The Ellison Institute of Technology is seeking a highly capable Autonomous Laboratory Scientist to join our Oxford-area lab. The role focuses on running and refining wet-lab workflows while integrating automation platforms and ML-informed approaches to experimental design.

You will translate scientific objectives into reproducible, automation-ready protocols, read and implement literature, and collaborate with automation engineers and AI researchers to elevate our AutoLabs program.
