Autonomous HR Advisor: Recruitment, Onboarding & Compliance

Hythe Engineering in Fareham is hiring a HR Advisor to manage HR across the full employee lifecycle, reporting to the Managing Director. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compliance and payroll liaison, with opportunities to deploy AI/automation to improve processes.

You will support disciplinary matters, maintain HRIS data, and work with managers on performance reviews and probation periods. Security clearance is required for this role.
