Autonomous Employment Law Paralegal - Own Your Caseload

TSR Legal in Birmingham is seeking an Employment Law Paralegal to join a forward-thinking firm and strengthen the Employment team. You will manage your own caseload and progress matters from instruction through to conclusion with autonomy and support from the team.

The role covers disputes, settlements, unfair and constructive dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, contracts, grievances and Tribunal matters, offering a mix of client care and legal research in a busy, collaborative environment.
