Autonomous Chef Manager - 4-Day Week, Early Evenings

Anchor Hanover Group in Wiltshire is recruiting an experienced Chef Manager or Head Chef to take full ownership of Marsh Farm Manor's kitchen in Wootton Bassett. You will lead the kitchen team to deliver fresh, seasonal, home-cooked meals for 66 residents daily, overseeing menus, budgets and compliance.

This is a true leadership role with autonomy. Shifts run 7:30am-5:30pm over four days per week, with every other weekend off.
