Automotive Service Receptionist: Front Desk & Customer Care

Adams Morey in Redbridge is seeking a Service Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting the service department, delivering excellent service, managing bookings and supporting day to day operations.

The role involves welcoming customers, handling calls and emails, booking appointments, updating records and liaising with service staff to ensure smooth operations.
