Automotive Service Advisor MOTs & Customer Care

Lookers Limited via Maidstone Mercedes-Benz is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join our on-site Aftersales Team. This full-time role involves handling MOTs, servicing and repair bookings, upselling parts, and coordinating with the Aftersales department to optimise scheduling.

You will work in a busy dealership environment with a focus on first-class customer service and strong communication. On-site training and progression opportunities are provided.
