Automotive Service Advisor: Elevate Customer Experience

Lookers Limited is recruiting a Service Advisor for our Sheffield Ford site on a 12-month FTC maternity cover. You will join a busy Aftersales team, handling MOTs, services and warranty queries, while delivering outstanding customer service and accurate scheduling.

You will report to the Aftersales Manager and gain opportunities for development through in-house brand training, with a supportive team culture and clear progression paths.
