Automotive Service Advisor Customer Experience Lead

ManpowerGroup UK is seeking a friendly Customer Service Advisor for a busy vehicle repair centre. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries in person and over the phone, and ensuring a smooth repair journey.

You will book repairs, arrange appointments, updates during the repair, and coordinate collections and deliveries, liaising with technicians and insurers to provide accurate information and a high level of service.
