Automotive Service Advisor: Customer-Driven & Workshop Liaison

West London Audi, part of Sytner Group, is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to act as the vital link between customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keep customers updated, and liaise with technicians to ensure timely vehicle readiness.

In this role, expected patterns may include weekends; training is provided through an in-house Learning & Development team and manufacturer courses to support career progression.
