Automotive Service Advisor £36k OTE + Bonus

Listers Group Limited is seeking a Service Advisor for our CUPRA dealership in Coventry. The role involves delivering outstanding customer service in a busy environment, coordinating workflow, and driving sales through upselling services.

Hours are Mon-Fri 08:00-18:00 with Saturday rota work. The position includes a basic salary plus a monthly bonus, with an OTE of £36,000. Training is provided, and experience with dealer management systems is a plus.
