Following significant investment in modern facilities and continued business growth, they are now looking to recruit a friendly, organised and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their team.

The RoleAs the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring every customer receives a professional and welcoming experience from the moment they make contact through to collecting their vehicle.
Working closely with the workshop management team and technicians, you'll coordinate daily workshop activity, keep customers updated throughout the repair process and help ensure the workshop operates efficiently.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people and being part of a busy team.
Key Responsibilities- Welcoming customers and managing enquiries.
- Booking vehicles into the workshop.
- Preparing estimates and obtaining customer authorisation.
- Liaising with technicians throughout the day.
- Ordering parts and coordinating repairs.
- Keeping customers informed of vehicle progress.
- Preparing invoices and processing payments.
- Managing workshop schedules and loan vehicles.
- Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage.
The successful candidate will:
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Be organised and able to manage a busy workload.
- Remain calm under pressure and prioritise effectively.
- Have strong attention to detail.
- Be positive, reliable and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.
- £34,000-£40,000 salary, depending on experience and ability.
- Monday to Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm.
