Automotive Service Advisor - Exceptional Customer Experience

Arnold Clark Group is recruiting for a Service Advisor at our Renault/Dacia branch in Preston. You will deliver a first-class service experience to customers and coordinate with the workshop to progress repairs efficiently.

We value articulate, warm communicators who enjoy exceeding expectations and building positive outcomes for customers. This role is customer-facing, with full-time hours Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm and some Saturdays.
