Automotive Service Advisor - Customer Liaison & Scheduling

Waylands Automotive Limited, the Honda dealership in Cardiff, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to be the face of the service department, greeting customers and coordinating with technicians. You will listen to requests, schedule appointments, estimate costs, and keep customers updated on vehicle status, ensuring timely repairs.

A full UK driving licence is required and the role runs 40 hours Mon-Fri 8:00-18:00 with Saturday rota.
