Automotive Service Advisor - Customer-Focused & Scheduling

John Banks Group in Cambridge is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and coordinate service appointments. You will communicate with technicians, prepare quotes, and advise customers on additional services while maintaining accurate records.

The role is full-time, based in Cambridge, with 8:00am-5:30pm hours and 30 days of holiday (including bank holidays). An enthusiastic, team-oriented approach is essential.
