Automotive Service Advisor - Customer Experience Leader

Pentagon Motor Group is seeking a Service Advisor to join their Scunthorpe team. The role focuses on delivering excellent aftersales service, handling customer enquiries, promoting value added services, coordinating workshop loading, and maintaining high standards of documentation and communication.

The Service Advisor acts as the key liaison between customers and the workshop to ensure a professional, customer centric experience. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00.
