Automotive Service Advisor - Customer Care & Upsell Bonus

Listers Group in Worcester is recruiting a Service Advisor for a Skoda dealership. You will be the frontline rep, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy environment and coordinating with workshop staff to keep work flowing smoothly.

The role is full-time with hours Monday to Friday and Saturdays on a rota, offering a base salary plus a monthly bonus and an OTE of £39,600. A strong team environment and customer-focused attitude are essential.
