Automotive Service Advisor - Customer Care & Scheduling

Waylands Automotive Limited is seeking a Service Advisor for their Volvo dealership in Swindon. In this role, you will be the liaison between customers and service technicians, handling inquiries and scheduling appointments to provide excellent customer service.

The position requires effective communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to work to deadlines. A full UK driving licence is necessary. The package includes a base salary of £30k with an OTE of £40k, along with generous holidays and employee benefits.
