Automotive Service Advisor - Career Growth & Training

Hawk Hiring in Maidstone is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor for a prestigious main dealer group. You will welcome customers, manage check-in/check-out, answer inquiries, and coordinate service loan cars.

You will liaise between customers and workshop, discuss vehicle health checks, upsell maintenance, and ensure accurate invoices and payments. Full UK driving license required; Kerridge/Key2Act experience a plus; Monday-Friday with Saturday rotation.
