Automotive SaaS Customer Success & Adoption Lead

GardX is seeking a Customer Success Executive to support automotive retailers and OEM partners using our digital merchandising suite. You will be the primary contact for dealerships, driving onboarding, adoption and ongoing optimisation to deliver real commercial impact.

You will interpret data, provide guidance, and collaborate with Sales and Account Management to support renewals and growth, while maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention.
