Job Description

Bolton Kia, part of the Plaza Auto group, is looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist/ Administrator to join the team.

In this key role, you will be the first point of contact with customers in person and by telephone and must represent the dealership in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Experience operating a multi-line telephone system.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Organization, Multi-Tasking Skills, and attention to detail.
  • Customer-friendly attitude when greeting customers.
  • Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
  • Previous reception experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
  • PBS Experience is an asset.
  • Previous Dealership experience is an Asset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Essential Duties:
  • Operating a multi-line telephone system to transfer all incoming calls to the appropriate individual/department courteously and professionally.
  • Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate person/department.
  • Stocking in vehicles, assigning stock numbers, updating registers, creating dockets, and posting into PBSas directed.
  • Licensing of new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and a neat work and waiting area.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of dealership procedures is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar software for scheduling and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
