Automotive Quality Team Leader and Coach

G&P Quality Management Ltd is seeking a Production Team Leader at our state-of-the-art automotive facility in the UK. You will lead and coach a team of quality inspectors (5-10 across peak times) and coordinate hour-to-hour projects with related G&P areas.

The role offers a temp-to-perm path after 12 weeks, with overtime and shift patterns described. You'll work under the Shift Manager and contribute to delivering high-quality vehicles through strong leadership and quality processes.
