Automotive Paint Prep Technician

BCA is recruiting for a hands-on Bodyshop prep role at one of our sites in the UK. You will prepare vehicles for paint, masking, priming and cleaning panels, ensuring defect-free finishes. The role supports other workshop areas and involves mentoring junior technicians.
