Automotive Customer Advisor

Location: Eastwood, Nottinghamshire

Salary: c£30,000 + up to £200 per month bonus

Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time (Monday - Friday)

We are looking for a passionate customer service professional with experience in the automotive industry to join our busy team. You will use your technical knowledge to provide solutions, build client relationships, and support sales opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers, including email and online chat
• Provide guidance on products, services, and solutions
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services
• Maintain accurate records of customers and transactions
• Prepare documentation including invoices, proformas, credit notes, and shipping labels

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience within the automotive industry (parts sales, service desk, or workshop background ideal)
• Strong understanding of vehicle components, systems, and fault symptoms
• Ability to clearly communicate technical information to customers
• Previous customer-facing or telephone-based experience preferred
• Passion for sales and excellent relationship-building skills
