Location: Madrid

Salary: €50,000 - €70,000, depending on experience

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Overview:

A growing semiconductor company based in Madrid is looking for a Graduate Automotive Business Development Manager to support its expansion in the automotive sector. The company specializes in high-speed optical networking solutions for in-vehicle connectivity and works with leading OEM and Tier-1 customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers
• Identify new business opportunities and manage them through the full sales cycle
• Present and promote technical solutions in line with customer needs
• Support product launches in coordination with technical and marketing teams
• Represent the company at international trade shows and events
• Work with internal teams to resolve customer logistics and quality issues

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• 5+ years' experience in semiconductor sales or marketing
• Strong understanding of automotive electronics (e.g., ADAS, BMS, domain controllers)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Willing to travel (approx. 30%)
