Automation Quality Engineer

Hybrid - Once a month in London

We're looking for a Automation Quality Engineer who brings both hands-on automation experience and a deep curiosity for cloud technologies. You'll work closely with engineering teams to define, build, and maintain the tools and systems needed to ensure quality across the SDLC - from test environments to release pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage scalable, automated test environments for cloud-native applications.
• Develop tools and utilities to improve test coverage, execution, and reliability.
• Design and implement automated test suites using Selenium, Appium, and Python.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud-native tooling (or strong interest in learning): AWS (especially CloudWatch) and Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Monitor test metrics, troubleshoot failures, and improve system observability and debuggability.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Hands-on automation experience in cloud-native environments.
• Experience with Selenium, Appium, and Python for automated testing.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to CI/CD integrations.
• Willingness to learn and work with cloud tooling and infrastructure as code.
