Job Description:
- Design Control System Architecture (CSA) for industrial automation systems
- Develop and modify PLC & HMI programs
- Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation systems
- Integrate plant equipment and control systems within manufacturing environments
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency
Key Skills Required
- 10+ years experience in PLC Programming & Industrial Automation
- Plc & HMI: Siemens, Rockwell / Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Schneider
- SCADA Platforms: Wonderware, InTouch, ArchestrA
- Industrial Protocols: Ethernet, Profinet, Profibus, Modbus
- Rockwell Hardware: ControlLogix, CompactLogix, PanelView, PowerFlex VFDs
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, electrical drawings, control schematics
- Experience in machine automation, motion control & manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with PackML, Safety PLC programming & automation standards
- Experience with system integration, commissioning & troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of IT/OT infrastructure, SQL databases & networking
