In this role, you build real impact instead of slides. You'll automate workflows, develop smart tools using no- and low-code, and help the team work faster and more efficiently. Activities
DEINE MISSION
- Automate and Scale Operations: Use no-code tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n to streamline workflows and connect systems. Where needed, build lightweight internal apps with tools such as Retool or Bubble.
- Explore AI Agents & Applications: Explore the latest AI tools to move beyond static automations and build more intelligent, flexible systems.
- Uncover and eliminate Bottlenecks: Partner with teams to spot inefficiencies, identify automation opportunities, and drive continuous process improvements - always guided by data.
- Work cross-functionally: Collaborate closely with product, IT, and sales teams to bring automation ideas to life. Real impact happens when silos break down.
- Drive an automation-first mindset: Run internal workshops and hands-on sessions to help teams spot automation opportunities and build a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements

- Mindset: You're driven to build. You enjoy improving processes, shaping better user experiences, and applying modern tools to get things done smarter.
- Experience: You've worked in fast-paced environments like startups or similar and you thrive when things move quickly.
- Automation Skills : You know the state-of-the-art tools. Ideally, you've worked in a startup and built things using no-code - even during an internship.
- Your Background: You have a degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
- Language: You're fluent in English. German is a plus, but not a must.
Application Process
Unser Bewerbungsprozess für diese Stelle besteht aus vier Schritten:
- Erstes Gespräch mit Benni (Founders Associate): Wir lernen uns gegenseitig kennen, klären offene Fragen und prüfen, ob es grundsätzlich passt.
- Case Study zur Vorbereitung: Du bearbeitest zuhause eine praxisnahe Aufgabe, wie sie dir im Aampere-Alltag begegnen würde.
- Fachliches Interview mit Flo (CEO): Gemeinsam besprecht ihr die Case Study, geht in die Tiefe und diskutiert Herangehensweisen.
- Onsite-Kennenlernen: Du triffst alle drei Founder bei einem Kaffee im Büro und lernst zusätzlich 1-2 Teammitglieder kennen. So können beide Seiten prüfen, ob es menschlich und inhaltlich wirklich passt.
