Autocentre Operations Leader - Designate Centre Manager

Halfords is recruiting a Designate centre manager to supervise and coach in-centre teams across multiple sites within a reasonable travel time from Poole. You will lead by example, ensuring customer journeys are outstanding and that centres operate safely and efficiently.

You will develop teams, drive performance, and prepare centres for the next promotion or vacancy, contributing to financial success and high customer satisfaction across the Autocentres network.
