Auto Service Advisor - Front Desk & Customer Care

Furrows Group in Oswestry is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy aftersales team. You will be the link between customers and workshop, booking services, recording concerns and keeping customers informed throughout the process.

Ideally you already work as a Service Advisor in a dealership, with strong customer service, organisation and teamwork. A UK driving licence is essential. We offer Employee Ownership Trust benefits and staff discounts.
