Auto Sales Graduate: Fast-Track to Leadership

Keary's Motor Group in West Dublin is launching a Sales Graduate Programme to train the next generation of leaders in our car, bike or van business. You'll spend 12 months Foundations across sales, aftersales, finance, marketing, CRM, shadowing top performers and completing BYD Academy modules.

In year two you'll be on the floor with your own desk, own customers and targets, guided by a mentor, while continuing BYD Academy product certification and regular coaching.
