Job Description

BYD Kidderminster is seeking a Sales Controller to lead and develop the sales department, maximise opportunities and drive strong F&I performance. You will report to the Sales Manager and play a key role in achieving targets while delivering an exceptional customer journey.

The role requires proven automotive sales experience, leadership skills, and a drive to exceed targets. A full UK driving licence is essential and a commission-based rewards package is offered.
