Auto Retail Service Advisor - Customer Focused

Protyre Autocare is looking for an enthusiastic Retail Assistant/Service Advisor to join our growing team. Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will deal with customers in person and on the phone to help deliver business objectives while maintaining high customer service levels.

Responsibilities include booking vehicles, meeting and greeting customers, ordering parts, and ensuring safe, high-quality service. A full driving licence is required and training opportunities are available.
