Auto Centre Customer Experience Advisor

Halfords Group PLC in Greater London is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for our Autocentres to join the Kingston-upon-Thames team. You will greet customers, book jobs in our in-house system and discuss any technical concerns they may have.

You will need a full driving licence with less than 9 points and a commitment to delivering excellent service, while working 44 hours per week with a competitive bonus scheme.
