Autism Supported Living Team Lead

ESPA are recruiting a Team Leader to work in a Supported Living service in North Tyneside, supporting 3 young men, plus outreach to a young man in his own tenancy in Tynemouth. The role requires experience delivering services to autistic adults and young people with complex needs, a compassionate demeanor, and leadership capability.

Knowledge of positive behavioural approaches and ability to model best practice are essential.
