Autism Support Teaching Assistant Empower Young Learners

Witherslack Group is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with autism and SEND at Lavender Lodge School in Mitcham, South London. You will help learners develop abilities, raise self-esteem, and implement an accessible, bespoke curriculum.

Role requires resilience, creativity, and the ability to work with students aged 4-11, many of whom are non-verbal. Training and ongoing support will be provided within a well-resourced school setting.
