Autism Support PA - Build Confidence & Independence

The Rowan Organisation is seeking a Personal Assistant in Merthyr Tydfil to support a 10-year-old boy with autism. The role involves 6 hours a week in the community and 5 hours of 1:1 care at home, promoting independence and safety. Ideal candidates should be trustworthy, flexible, and have experience with severe autism. The position offers £15.50 per hour with mileage compensation, and a DBS check will be required. Full training will be provided by the family.
