Autism Support: Learning Assistant to Inspire Confidence

A specialist autism provision is seeking a Learning Support Assistant in Sunderland to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition and other needs. Duties include supporting during lessons, assisting communication strategies, and encouraging independence. Ideal candidates are passionate about education, patient, and motivated to make a positive difference. Experience is helpful but not essential.
