Autism Support Facilitator - Person-Centred Care

The Health-Service-Executive is seeking a Community Access Facilitator for Autism A Chara in Dublin. This role requires a full QQI level 5 Health Care Qualification and a genuine passion for providing person-centred support.

The successful candidate will work independently and be aware of support practices for individuals with complex needs. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are essential for success in this position. A full, clean driver's license is desirable.
