Autism Support Assistant - Calm, 1:1 & Small Groups

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a patient and understanding Teaching Assistant to support pupils with autism in a specialist setting. You will help create a structured, predictable environment where pupils feel safe, supported and able to engage in learning.

You'll work 1:1 and in small groups, support routines and transitions, use visual strategies, and collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and therapists to promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
