Autism Services Coordinator - Patient Experience

KT Healthcare is seeking a highly organised Patient Services Coordinator to join our Autism Service Operations Team in Chichester. This permanent, office-based role coordinates patient journeys from referral through assessment to final report, supporting patients, clinicians and referrers while delivering an outstanding service experience.

The ideal candidate will manage clinician diaries, maintain patient records in line with GDPR and CQC, and provide administrative support.
