Autism Care Team Leader - Residential Services

Autism Together in Birkenhead is seeking an experienced Team Leader to support our residential service, overseeing a team of support workers to deliver person-centred care to eight individuals. The post is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, with a 4 month internal probation and a requirement for a full UK manual driving licence.

You will lead day-to-day operations, promote an autism specific culture, ensure accurate records and reporting, and provide frontline leadership across a seven day rota.
