Autism & Early Years SEN TA - 4-5s, Full-Time

New Directions Holdings Limited, Shirley (B90), is seeking a dedicated SEN TA to support a 4-5 year-old cohort in a Special School for the 2026/27 academic year, starting September 2026. This is a long-term, full-time role.

You will work under the class teacher to deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with Autism, support learning through structured approaches, and help with IEPs and wellbeing. A proactive, patient approach and strong teamwork are essential.
