ResponsibilitiesWork closely with teachers and therapists to help pupils access learning, build confidence, and develop communication skills. Support children 1:1 and in small groups, assist with tailored activities, encourage positive behaviour, and create a calm, inclusive classroom environment.
About You- Patient, caring, and encouraging
- Passionate about supporting children with autism and communication needs
- Strong communicator and reliable team player
- Experience supporting children with autism or speech/language difficulties (desirable)
- Pay: £92-£96 per day
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
- Start Date: ASAP
