Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing audits for a portfolio of Not-for-Profit clients, including charities and academies
  • Planning, executing, and completing audit assignments in line with UK accounting and auditing standards
  • Supervising, mentoring, and reviewing the work of junior staff
  • Preparing statutory accounts and audit reports
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and reporting requirements
Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualified (or finalist)
  • Strong experience in audit within the Not-for-Profit (NFP) sector
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Excellent technical knowledge of UK GAAP and charity SORP
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
