This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with partners, manage client engagements, and develop your technical expertise in a supportive and professional environment.What you'll be doing as an Audit Senior:
- Lead audits and accounts preparation for a diverse client portfolio, including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and not-for-profit organisations.
- Review and supervise junior team members' work, providing guidance on accounting and audit matters.
- Prepare statutory accounts and financial statements in line with relevant frameworks.
- Liaise directly with clients, partners, and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality service.
- Support business growth initiatives and contribute to practice development.
- ACA/ACCA qualified.
- Proven experience in an accountancy practice, ideally with audit exposure.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
- Confident in managing client relationships and leading audit teams.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills.
- Experience with not-for-profit clients is highly desirable.
- Competitive salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience).
