As an Audit Partner you will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit services. This position offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in audit while being a key part of the practice's leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actas a Responsible Individual (RI) for audit assignments, ensuringcompliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  
• Leadand manage audit teams, overseeing planning, execution, and finalisationof audits in line with firm and professional standards.
  
• Ensureaudits are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
  
• Providestrategic guidance on financial reporting and accountancy practices.
  
• Serveas the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, fosteringstrong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  
• Supportclient retention and growth by identifying opportunities for additionalservices.
  
• Developand execute strategies for client expansion, including cross-sellingservices, generating referrals, and networking within the businesscommunity.
  
• Monitoraudit and accounts processes to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigateany risks associated with client engagements.
  
• Manage,mentor, and train colleagues within the Audit & Accounts team,providing guidance on technical and professional development.
