About the RoleWe're working with a respected accountancy practice that delivers exceptional audit and advisory services to a diverse client base. They are seeking an experienced Audit & Accounts Supervisor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA) who enjoys leading audits, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead audits from planning through to completion for a varied portfolio of clients.
- Prepare and review statutory accounts and tax computations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Manage client relationships, handling queries professionally and efficiently.
- Mentor and support junior team members, promoting development and collaboration.
- Utilise accounting and audit software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks) to enhance processes.
About You
- ACCA/ACA qualified with proven experience in audit and accounts within practice.
- Strong technical knowledge of audit standards and accounting principles.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
