As part of their 2025 expansion strategy, they are now seeking commercially focused Audiologists to join as Joint Venture Partners in the Belfast region.

The Opportunity

• Lead and grow audiology services across multiple independent optical practices
• Build a scalable, profitable audiology business with full operational backing
• Progress into up to 50% equity ownership
• Combine clinical autonomy with real commercial influence and reward

You will be supported by an experienced central team covering marketing, compliance, operations and business development.

Financial & Benefits Package

• Excellent guaranteed first-year salary (£42K)
