Flame Health's Audiology Division is currently recruiting for aHCPC-registered Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser to join aleading UK national hearing care provider in the Clacton on Seaarea.

Candidate ProfilePrivate hearing care experience ispreferred, particularly for candidates who can demonstrate a strong balance ofpatient-centred care and commercial success.
However,NHS-trained or newly qualified Audiologists will also be considered, provided they can demonstrate the potential to succeed in a private, performance-driven environment.
You must beHCPC registered to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments in line withHCPC standards,BSHAA codes of practice, and company clinical protocols
- Advise patients on and dispense appropriate remedial hearing solutions
- Manage and process all sales and clinical administration accurately and compliantly
- Maintain high-quality patient records using the company CMS system
- Deliver professional aftercare services and resolve patient queries promptly
- Provide accurate reports and performance data to support business planning
- Maintain up-to-date clinical, audiometric and product knowledge through training and CPD
- Contribute market insight and identify local commercial opportunities
- Ensure all activity aligns withHCPC regulations, ethical standards and company policies
QualifiedHearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist(including Pre-Registered candidates)
- Current HCPC registration
- Full UKdriving licence
- Member ofBSHAAor willing to join
- Strong IT skills, including use of audiometric equipment and clinical systems
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A professional, patient-focused approach with commercial awareness
- £37,062 basic salary
